Logistics Manager | Reef GroupWe're Hiring: Logistics ManagerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our shipping and distribution operations, ensuring cost-effective, efficient, and accurate delivery processes. This role is pivotal in shaping our logistics strategy to support our growing presence in retail and fragrance sectors.Key Responsibilities:Strategic PlanningLead and manage shipments, optimizing routes to serve warehouses and customers efficiently.Ensure smooth and accurate distribution operations with on-time deliveries.Plan for regular and seasonal transportation demands.Set and monitor KPIs for distribution efficiency. Policies & ManagementOptimize budget utilization by managing transportation schedules and reducing fuel and maintenance expenses.Ensure time- and cost-effective transportation options are available. Distribution OversightSupervise all distribution activities for maximum accuracy and cost-effectiveness.Negotiate annually with 3PLs and shipping providers for the best rates.Approve related expenditures per financial policies.Coordinate urgent delivery needs with the sales team.Monitor delivery schedules and ensure alignment with plans.Execute additional shipping-related duties as required.Expense ControlManage expenses within approved budgets and CAPEX/OPEX guidelines.Track spending related to maintenance, fuel, driver logistics, and truck operations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of logistics and distribution experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong planning, leadership, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in logistics systems and ERP platforms.Fluency in Arabic and English.Why Join Us?At Reef group, we’re building an agile and innovative logistics function to serve the evolving needs of beauty and retail.
