Logistics Manager – Construction ( On shore and off shore)Job Summary:The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning and managing logistics, transportation, material movement, equipment, and site deliveries for construction projects, ensuring efficient and timely support to project operations.Key Responsibilities:Establish Full logistic plan for the whole project including transportation, material deliveries, storage, and distribution to off shore and on shore sites.Manage logistics operations for infrastructure and marine construction projects.Coordinate movement of heavy equipment, machinery, materials, and marine-related resources.Manage logistics subcontractors, suppliers, transporters, and service providers.Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, construction, and project teams.Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, permits, and applicable regulations.Monitor logistics costs, schedules, resources, and operational efficiency.Resolve transportation, delivery, customs, and site logistics issues.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 20+ years of logistics experience, preferably with construction/contracting/Marine companies.Excellent coordination, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
