Through a commitment to quality and client-centric solutions, the company continues to build enduring partnerships and drive sustainable urban growth throughout the region.About the RoleThe Logistics Manager will lead and oversee all site supply chain, traffic management, equipment mobilization, and material handling operations for major civic supervision projects across KSA. This role ensures that all site logistics, customs clearances, storage facilities, and transport workflows adhere to project schedules, safety standards, and ISO quality management guidelines.Note: The candidate must hold a total of 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in KSA.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIESSite Supply Chain & Traffic ManagementDevelop, implement, and maintain the Project Master Logistics & Traffic Management Plan.Coordinate site access, temporary roads, material drop-off zones, and heavy machinery movements to prevent bottlenecks in civic areas.Manage off-site storage, laydown yards, and material staging areas to maintain smooth site operations.Compliance & ISO StandardsEnforce ISO Quality (9001), Environmental (14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (45001) standards across all logistics operations.Oversee material shipping, port clearances, KSA customs procedures, and local transportation permits in compliance with Saudi regulations.Audit contractor logistics logs, delivery schedules, and inventory tracking systems for accuracy and safety compliance.Stakeholder Coordination & Risk MitigationCoordinate with municipal traffic authorities, local KSA ministries, and direct contractors for oversized loads or road closures.Establish contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, long-lead equipment items, or site storage constraints.Prepare comprehensive monthly logistics tracking reports for the Project Director and Client.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSEducationBachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Supply Chain, or equivalent).CertificationsCertified ISO Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001). CILT or CSCP credentials preferred.Total ExperienceMinimum 10 years of overall experience in logistics Management on major construction/civic projects.KSA Regional ExperienceMinimum 3 years of direct experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).Professional RegistrationValid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).Core CompetenciesSite traffic control, ISO quality auditing, customs/procurement tracking, contractor management, and inventory control.LanguagesProfessional fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
