Logistics Manager

Livspace is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain & Operations team and lead transportation excellence across our business.The role involves managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely movement of shipments, optimising transportation costs, and building strong logistics partnerships to deliver a seamless customer experience.Key responsibilities:• Lead transportation planning and execution across B2B, B2C, E-commerce, and D2C channels• Manage vehicle placement, dispatch planning, and delivery performance• Develop and manage logistics vendor relationships across regions• Drive freight negotiations and cost optimisation initiatives• Monitor shipment movement and resolve operational challenges proactively• Ensure smooth coordination with warehouse, sales, customer experience, procurement, and finance teams• Manage POD tracking, billing verification, reconciliation, and vendor settlements• Drive process improvements, SOP implementation, and operational efficiencyIdeal candidate profile:• 6–10 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or Consumer Durables• Strong expertise in logistics partner management, freight operations, and cost optimisation• Experience managing large-scale transportation operations across multiple locations• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills📍 Location: NoidaInterested candidates can share their profile at:neha.bhalla@livspace.com
