Building on strong market acceptance, The Indian Garage Co. continues to diversify into new categories to expand its portfolio and reach.Location: BangaloreDepartment: Warehouse & Supply Chain OperationsReporting to: HeadExperience Required: 7–8 years in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management, preferably in D2C/B2B environments and 3PL operations.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and operations-focused Logistics Manager to take complete ownership of warehouse and logistics operations at TIGC. This role requires strong expertise in warehouse processes, inventory movement, dispatch planning, team coordination, and logistics management to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse functioning.The candidate will work closely with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely dispatches, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and SLA adherence across D2C and B2B channels.Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations Management·      Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.·      Ensure smooth material flow within the warehouse with minimum delays and operational issues.·      Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.·      Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and operational processes.2. Dispatch & Fulfillment Operations·      Oversee daily dispatch planning and execution for D2C and B2B orders.·      Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are packed and dispatched within SLA timelines.·      Ensure timely stock transfers between warehouses, marketplaces, and retail locations.·      Monitor dispatch delays, shipment exceptions, and operational escalations.3. Inventory & Returns Management·      Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation processes.·      Manage return operations, RTO handling, and reverse logistics coordination.·      Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.4. Team & Vendor Coordination·      Supervise warehouse staff and ensure operational discipline and productivity.·      Coordinate with 3PL partners, transport vendors, and courier teams for smooth dispatch operations.·      Ensure vendor SLA adherence and timely issue resolution.·      Support cost optimization initiatives in warehouse and logistics operations.5. Process Improvement & Reporting·      Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements for better efficiency.·      Track warehouse KPIs and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.·      Ensure proper documentation and system updates in ERP/WMS platforms.·      Collaborate with planning, customer support, and business teams for operational alignment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)·      Dispatch SLA adherence·      Order processing TAT·      Inventory accuracy·      Warehouse productivity·      Return & RTO handling efficiency·      Picking & packing accuracy·      Vendor SLA adherence·      Reduction in operational delays and errorsAdditional Requirements·      Strong experience in warehouse operations and team handling.·      Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse workflows.·      Experience working with WMS/ERP systems and Excel reporting.·      Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills..
