ICAD-KSA works closely with stakeholders on PIF-backed developments and national infrastructure projects to de-risk delivery and accelerate integration across assets.Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in One of infra project in riyadh, responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations for large-scale technology deployment of fiber / ICT installation jn city wise and infrastructure projects. This position manages daily coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing activities, and transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, optimizing storage and distribution processes, and maintaining accurate records across multiple projects and locations. The Logistics Manager collaborates with procurement, project management, and suppliers to align logistics plans with construction timelines and contractual requirements, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role also involves resolving logistics issues, improving cost-efficiency, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing best practices to support safe, reliable, and scalable project execution.Qualifications Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end project logistics.Proficiency in Inventory Management, including stock control, warehousing, and material tracking for multi-site operations.Experience in Procurement processes, vendor coordination, and managing delivery schedules aligned with project milestones.Customer Service skills to manage stakeholder expectations, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional relationships.Apply passes and NOC with pass officer like LAAR and UMA requirement .Experience in construction, infrastructure, or technology integration projects is highly beneficial.Ability to analyze data, use ERP or logistics management systems, and generate operational reports.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Knowledge of Saudi regulations and local logistics practices, with proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.UMA and LAAR requiremt and pass process to track with stakeholders .
