Logistics Manager

Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in 6th of October, Egypt. This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the effective management of engineering, manufacturing, and supply activities. The Director will develop and implement business plans, manage key client relationships, and coordinate with international manufacturers and local partners to ensure service quality and product reliability. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project performance, optimizing operational processes, managing budgets and resources, and guiding department managers and teams toward achieving organizational goals. The Director will also drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and represent the company in high-level negotiations and industry events.QualificationsProven leadership and management skills, including team supervision, strategic planning, and decision-making in an industrial or engineering-focused organization.Strong operational and project management abilities, with experience in overseeing manufacturing, contracting, or technical service delivery from planning through execution.Solid business and financial acumen, including budgeting, performance analysis, and profitability management in a commercial environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Background in mechanical or industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related technical field; experience with industrial mechanical products or custom manufacturing is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in 6th of October and commit to full-time responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with familiarity in relevant industry standards and regulations.
