Logistics Manager

Role Description The Director role at Anorix is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Director is responsible for overseeing cross-functional teams, guiding the delivery of complex digital products, and ensuring alignment between technical execution and business strategy. Daily responsibilities include setting strategic priorities, managing project portfolios, reviewing performance metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to define and refine product roadmaps. The Director will mentor team leads, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and ensure that solutions meet quality, security, and scalability standards. This role also involves budget management, risk assessment, and representing Anorix in key client and partner discussions.QualificationsLeadership and management skills, including team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.Strategic planning and business acumen, with experience in digital transformation, product strategy, and growth-focused decision-making.Technical understanding of digital ecosystems, SaaS platforms, and automation solutions, with the ability to work closely with engineering and product teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with performance metrics, risk management, and operational optimization.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technology or digital product company; prior director-level or equivalent responsibility is highly preferred.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience working with enterprise clients and managing high-impact projects; familiarity with secure, scalable architectures is a plus.
