The Logistics Manager coordinates the flow of materials, equipment, and resources to and from the site, ensuring timely deliveries, proper storage, and safe movement within a dense urban environment. Responsibilities include developing logistics plans, managing site access and delivery schedules, optimizing laydown and storage areas, and overseeing material handling in collaboration with site teams and subcontractors. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, working closely with procurement to align orders with construction needs, and resolving logistics issues that may affect the project schedule or budget. The Logistics Manager maintains clear communication with project management, HSE, and operations teams, prepares regular reports on logistics performance, and ensures compliance with company policies and local regulations.Qualifications Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills, with experience coordinating complex construction or high-rise project logistics.Proficiency in Inventory Management and Procurement, including tracking materials, optimizing stock levels, and aligning purchases with project timelines.Ability to provide effective Customer Service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and collaborative problem-solving.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, logistics, business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Demonstrated experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably high-rise or mixed-use developments, with strong planning and organizational skills.Competence in using project management and logistics software, as well as MS Office tools, to monitor schedules, inventories, and site activities.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an asset.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, adapt to changing project demands, and uphold high standards of safety and compliance
