One of the fastest-growing home textile brands in the US, we reach millions of customers, and our growth is powered by sharp merchandising, disciplined planning, and data-led decisioning. We move fast, we care about craft, and we give our people real ownership.About the roleYou will own inbound logistics end to end — from our India factory and China suppliers, through freight, customs and third-party warehouses, into US fulfilment — including freight cost, transit reliability, tariffs and landed cost. What you'll do- Plan and run ocean and air freight, manage freight forwarders, and optimise container and vessel scheduling to avoid demurrage and detention.- Book freight capacity ahead of peak trading so inbound stock lands before demand rather than behind it.- Manage third-party warehouses and Amazon's warehousing and distribution network — split shipments, inbound placement, receiving accuracy, and storage and aged-inventory fees.- Own customs classification and import compliance, and manage customs brokers.- Model tariff exposure and landed cost, including the cost impact of sourcing shifts between India and China.- Own freight and landed-cost reporting, and build logistics dashboards with the data team.- Lead and develop a small logistics team. What we're looking for- 6+ years leading logistics or supply chain in cross-border e-commerce, with China-origin supply and US-bound shipments. This is the core requirement, not a preference.- Hands-on ocean freight (FCL and LCL), US customs clearance and import compliance.- Experience with Amazon inbound logistics — FBA, and ideally AWD.- Tariff classification and landed-cost modelling.- Strong forwarder, carrier and third-party warehouse management.- Comfortable working from data, and staying structured when a shipment plan breaks — container shortages, rollovers, port congestion and customs holds are part of the job.Why join us- A senior role owning a function that has never had a senior owner.- Direct access to decision-makers and real authority over routing, carriers and cost.- A growing business where freight and storage savings show up in the P&L within a quarter.
