Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesAbout the RoleAs a Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for managing export, import, and cross-trade operations while ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods across international markets.

The role requires close coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and efficient supply chain operations.ResponsibilitiesManage export, import, and cross-trade shipments from origin to final destination.Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth execution of shipments.Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.Prepare, review, and verify shipping and export documentation for accuracy and compliance.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.Coordinate booking arrangements with freight forwarders and carriers.Update and maintain shipment details and records within the ERP system.Resolve operational issues related to documentation, shipping delays, and customs clearance.Support sales and business teams by providing shipment status updates and logistics coordination.Prepare periodic logistics reports and updates for management review.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Export, Import Operations, and Cross Trade.Good knowledge of export documentation requirements for Middle Eastern and African countries, including the ability to coordinate and ensure compliance with country-specific shipping, customs, and trade documentation requirements is must.Experience in international freight forwarding and shipping documentation is preferred.Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).Expertise in ERP systems.Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and trade documentation.Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of export, import, and cross-trade operations.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Problem-solving and analytical thinking.Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Adaptability and teamwork.Interested candidates are encouraged to respond with an updated CV.Alternatively, you can also submit your applications directly to mohammed.waheed@redagroup.com
