Company DescriptionMYSPAN Power Solutions FZE, a unit of MYSPAN Group, is an authorized GOEM and Master Distributor for Kirloskar Oil Engines across the Middle East and North Africa.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics, warehouse, and inventory activities.The Logistics Officer will manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate transportation and deliveries, maintain accurate inventory records, and support efficient warehouse operations. The role will also involve preparing and verifying logistics documentation, liaising with suppliers, transporters, customers, and internal departments, and monitoring deliveries to ensure goods are received and dispatched on time.The successful candidate will support overall supply chain operations while maintaining accurate records, controlling logistics costs, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable local regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries.Arrange transportation and follow up with transporters and logistics providers.Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.Prepare and verify shipping, delivery, and logistics documentation.Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse teams, sales, and other internal departments.Monitor shipment and delivery schedules and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.Prepare regular reports on inventory, shipments, deliveries, and logistics performance.Support stock reconciliation and periodic inventory counts.Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce transportation and handling costs.QualificationsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory operations.Experience within the industrial, engineering, machinery, automotive, or power generation sector is preferred.Good understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and transportation coordination.Strong administrative, documentation, and record-keeping skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems is an advantage.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work full-time, on-site in Dubai.BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Company-provided medical insurance.Annual leave and public holidays in accordance with UAE Labour Law.Annual air ticket allowance.
