(San Miguel Logistics), a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation, is one of the Philippines’ leading logistics company that offers full range of transportation and logistics services to meet the needs of modern businesses.Location:📍Ugong, Pasig CityWhat you'll do:Monitor key logistics KPIs to spot trends and identify gaps.Issue alerts or tickets to operations teams when performance falls below benchmarks, be the early warning system for our logistics network.Analyze historical operational data to generate actionable insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.Escalate critical issues to the Command Center Supervisor in real time, ensuring smooth and timely interventions.Leverage trends to forecast potential disruptions and help the team stay one step ahead.Create clear and timely reports to inform Command Center Supervisor and keep operations aligned.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or any related fieldAt least 1 year of hands-on experience in logistics operations, demonstrating practical knowledge of supply chain processesTechnical proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Excel, GPS/Fleet Management Systems, and other statistical softwareProficiency in data management and visualization techniques to organize and present information effectivelyOpen to working in a flexible schedule or shifting hours to support our 24/7 operations
