Logistics Operations Executive (Part-Time)

We are looking for an experienced logistics/warehousing professional to manage and coordinate a specific storage project for an initial period of two months.Key ResponsibilitiesTake overall responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of the storage project.Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Communicate with the customer and manage project-related requirements.Attend customer meetings and site visits when required.Monitor storage operations and ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.Coordinate operational issues and follow up through to resolution.Provide regular updates on project progress.Act as the main point of contact between the customer and the company throughout the project.Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in warehousing, storage, 3PL, or logistics operations.Strong customer-facing, communication, and coordination skills.Comfortable attending customer meetings and warehouse/site visits when required.Able to independently manage a project with minimal supervision.Available for approximately 3 hours per day during the project period.Based in Dammam, or able to work in Dammam.Open to relocating and taking up a longer-term/full-time role later, if required.EngagementA 2-month project-based, part-time assignment, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity depending on business requirements and performance.
