This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics activities, including planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory flow, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The individual will monitor logistics performance, optimize routes and processes, and work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to maintain high service standards. The role includes managing logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, resolving operational issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Logistics Operations Manager will also support budgeting, reporting, and forecasting related to logistics operations.QualificationsStrong logistics and supply chain management skills, including experience in transportation planning, warehouse operations, and inventory control.Proficiency in using logistics and ERP systems, with the ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and optimize processes based on performance metrics.Solid knowledge of logistics compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements relevant to operations in Riyadh and the wider region.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and external partners.Proven leadership abilities, including team supervision, performance management, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Previous experience in logistics operations management, preferably within a business solutions or manpower/logistics support environment.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and adaptKindly send through your CV & Qualifications to +966 53 570 8884 or email: marketing@yoursolutionksa.com
