Our work focuses on keeping logistics processes organized, efficient, and responsive to changing business requirements.The RoleWe are looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, distribution, and delivery activities. The role combines operational planning, team coordination, performance monitoring, and problem-solving to support reliable and efficient logistics workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily logistics and distribution operations.Coordinate transportation, dispatch, delivery, warehouse, and fulfillment activities.Plan operational priorities, schedules, resources, and delivery requirements.Monitor shipments, deliveries, dispatches, and outstanding logistics activities.Coordinate with warehouse teams, transport providers, suppliers, drivers, procurement, sales, and internal departments.Monitor delivery timelines, fulfillment status, operational issues, and service performance.Support the allocation of vehicles, personnel, warehouse resources, and logistics capacity.Review and follow up on delayed deliveries, shortages, damaged goods, and operational exceptions.Maintain accurate shipment, delivery, inventory, transportation, and logistics records.Monitor warehouse and dispatch processes to support accurate and timely fulfillment.Manage relationships and day-to-day coordination with logistics and transportation providers.Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and management updates.Track logistics performance, delivery efficiency, fulfillment activity, and recurring operational issues.Support logistics cost control and efficient use of operational resources.Ensure procedures, documentation, and operational requirements are consistently followed.Coordinate responses to urgent logistics issues and changing delivery priorities.Provide guidance and day-to-day coordination to logistics and operations team members.Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, workflows, service levels, and operational efficiency.Support the implementation of improved logistics procedures and operational controls.Requirements3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.Good understanding of logistics operations, transportation planning, warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment.Experience coordinating teams, resources, schedules, and operational priorities.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable using spreadsheets, ERP systems, WMS platforms, and logistics management tools.Strong attention to detail when managing schedules, shipments, quantities, and documentation.Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and deadlines.Ability to identify issues, coordinate solutions, and follow through to completion.Experience with route planning, logistics providers, warehouse management, or performance reporting is an advantage.What We OfferHybrid part-time work arrangement.Flexible hours designed to support a balanced working schedule.Practical experience across logistics operations, transportation, distribution, warehouse coordination, and fulfillment.Exposure to team coordination, operational planning, performance monitoring, and process improvement.A professional and collaborative working environment.
