This role oversees daily logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards. The Logistics Supervisor manages inventory and warehouse activities, assigns tasks to team members, and optimizes workflows to achieve timely, accurate, and safe handling of goods. The role also involves resolving operational issues, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and responsive service.
