Responsibilities

Optimize Network Performance: Apply strategic and analytical thinking to monitor supply chain performance and continuously optimize supply chain networkLead Expansion: Develop, implement and lead new logistics solution across Latin America, Africa and AsiaData-Driven Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendationsCost & Lead Time Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analytical reviews to continuously optimize lead times and reduce costsProject Management: Priorities and manage multiple projects, resources allocations and stakeholder interests to deliver successful business outcomesVendor Management: Manage and build strong strategic relationships with 3PL companiesEstablish Global Warehousing: Drive the setup and implementation of overseas warehouses in the United States / Europe / the United Kingdom / Korea Requirements:Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or related fieldsPreferably 5-8 years relevant working experienceSound knowledge and experience of air freight / courier operation and industryExcellent command of written and spoken English is a must; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferredAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within the teamStrong analytical, presentation and communication skillsEnthusiasm for eCommerce and its growth opportunitiesProactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressureAbility to travel occasionally as required We offer friendly team environment, good career prospect, also attractive remuneration package, together with other benefits like five-day work week, flexible working hour, double pay, medical and dental insurance.
