Role SummaryWe are looking for a proactive Logistics Specialist to manage the end-to-end movement of materials, robotic systems, and finished equipment across our manufacturing facility and solar energy projects. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the role will work closely with production, project teams, suppliers, freight partners, and clients to ensure safe, compliant, timely, and cost-effective deliveries to factories, warehouses, solar farms, and industrial sites.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating inbound logistics for raw materials, robotic components, electronic modules, and assembly partsSupporting uninterrupted material supply to production lines, maintenance workshops, and R&D activitiesManaging outbound deliveries of finished solar robots, automated cleaning machines, and spare partsPlanning project and site logistics for EPC installations, including delivery sequencing and just-in-time coordinationCoordinating with project managers, site engineers, contractors, vendors, freight forwarders, and transport providersManaging reverse logistics for returned, defective, or spare unitsPreparing and verifying shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, AWBs, Certificates of Origin, and HS CodesEnsuring compliance with Incoterms, customs requirements, VAT, and relevant local regulations, including SABER, SASO, and ZATCA requirementsMonitoring freight costs, storage, demurrage, and detention to prevent delays and avoid unnecessary costsSupporting warehouse receipt, storage, dispatch, inventory accuracy, and the safe handling of sensitive robotic and electronic equipmentRequirementsA bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, English, or a related field3–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing logistics, project cargo, industrial automation, or supply chain, including at least 2 years in import/export logistics or customs operationsPractical knowledge of sea and air freight processes, customs-clearance practices, and bulk-trade logistics; experience in renewable energy or automated machinery is highly preferredStrong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, HS Code classification, international shipping, and GCC import/export requirementsFamiliarity with customs-declaration systems and international logistics tracking platforms, such as QP or equivalent systemsGood understanding of import/export regulations in key international markets, including the United States, European Union, and Southeast AsiaExcellent written and spoken English, with the ability to independently handle English contracts, emails, and communication with international suppliers and customersProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office automation tools, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalentStrong logical thinking, analytical, planning, coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsA service-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative leadership approach
