Logistics Specialist 2Bellevue, WA 98007 (Fully onsite)12 Months Contract with possibility of extension KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRMENTS:Job Responsibilities:Inventory Management for samples (internal and external)Tracking and distribution of samples within SEA and externalResponsible for scrapping/recycling old inventoryResponsible for shipping samples to internal and external teamsTransportation and distribution of samples to T-Mobile HQShould be able to drive and pick up boxesExamine documents, materials and products, in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Education/Experience:High school diploma or GED required.0-2 years related experience requiredAdditional job details:Project coordination experience is preferredManage and track inventory of test samples/mobile devices, including phones and tablets.Receive samples from headquarters and distribute them to two teams in the Bellevue office.Ship samples to various testing teams and occasionally deliver samples directly to the Mobile office.Maintain accurate inventory records and manage/check in incoming inventory.Scrap/dispose of old inventory as required.Review collateral and specifications for labels and ensure they match required specification documents.Maintain an inventory/sample tracking list in Excel.
