As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist (sole contributor role) to support daily shipping operations and ensure timely and compliant international deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Shipping & CoordinationCoordinate international shipments by air and sea, ensuring smooth and timely deliveriesLiaise with freight forwarders, courier partners, customs agents, and internal teams on shipment status and delivery schedulesTrack and monitor shipments proactively, resolving delays and operational issues where requiredSupport shipping arrangements for regional and global ordersLogistics & Carrier ManagementWork closely with freight forwarders and courier providers to obtain competitive shipping rates and reliable service supportMaintain good working relationships with logistics partners and vendorsAssist in coordinating shipping schedules, booking arrangements, and delivery timelinesMonitor logistics performance and support cost optimisation initiativesDocumentation & CompliancePrepare and verify shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading, and customs declarationsEnsure compliance with import/export regulations and shipping requirementsSupport proper handling and documentation of regulated or sensitive products where applicableCoordinate with logistics partners and customs agents to facilitate smooth clearance processesPacking the items according to DG standardsRequirements:Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplineMinimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping coordination, or supply chain operationsMust be able to carry heavy loads and pack items as this is a sole contributor roleExperience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, cosmetics, or related industries will be an advantageFamiliarity with international shipping procedures and documentationKnowledge of dangerous goods handling regulations is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office and shipment tracking systemsStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate in Chinese is an advantage due to coordination with regional partners and suppliers
