The company supports the entire development lifecycle, enabling customers to bring sophisticated products to market with greater confidence.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Import & Export Specialist with a strong background in freight forwarding, particularly in international air freight operations. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of international shipments, including coordination with overseas teams, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse/fulfillment partners. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in air freight shipping environments and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics setting.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end import export operations from pre-alert to final deliveryCoordinate with overseas agents, carriers, brokers, and freight companiesPrepare and process export documentation (AWB, commercial invoices, customs entries, delivery orders, etc.)Track and trace outbound shipments and proactively communicate status updatesTroubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the export processEnsure timely and accurate customs clearance and compliance with country regulationsCollaborate with internal departments such as Accounting, Sales Operations and Supply Chain to ensure on time delivery and overall efficiencyThis role reports to the Senior Operations ManagerQualifications3-5 years' experience with import/export logistics under manufacturing environment.Good understanding of international trade rules, Inco terms, duties/tax knowhowGood knowledge of Bonded / Free Trade Zone regulations and process, logbook, etc.Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP, Oracle)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentInterpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationshipsExcellent communication & collaboration skills with international colleagues, suppliers & customersExcellent in English – listening, speaking, reading and writing
