As our dedicated logistics team member in the country, you will work closely with regional stakeholders, customers, suppliers, freight partners, and government entities to ensure seamless execution of logistics activities while supporting broader operational requirements.While import/export management, customs compliance, freight coordination, and warehouse support remain core responsibilities, this role requires a highly proactive and entrepreneurial individual who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, solving problems independently, and helping establish a strong local operational presence for Sycomp in the Kingdom.What You'll DoCoordinate import, export, domestic transportation, courier, air freight, and ocean freight shipments within Saudi Arabia.Support customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with local import/export regulations and documentation requirements.Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, AWBs, BOLs, customs declarations, permits, and supporting records.Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, customers, and regional teams to ensure successful shipment execution.Track shipments proactively and communicate risks, delays, customs holds, and delivery updates to internal and external stakeholders.Resolve shipment discrepancies, documentation issues, damaged cargo claims, and delivery exceptions.Support warehouse-related activities including receiving, inventory verification, labeling, packing, stock counts, shipment staging, and asset handling.Maintain accurate logistics, inventory, and operational records within company systems.Conduct visits to suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, customer locations, and other external stakeholders as required.Assist with local operational, administrative, compliance, and governmental processes that support business activities within Saudi Arabia.Partner with regional teams across the Middle East and APAC to support customer delivery commitments and ongoing operational initiatives.Contribute to process improvements focused on compliance, operational visibility, service quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, import/export operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia customs procedures, shipping documentation, and import/export regulations.Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and warehouse partners.Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and transportation coordination.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.Fluency in Arabic and professional English communication skills.Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Willingness to support responsibilities beyond traditional logistics functions when required.Preferred ExperienceIT hardware, technology distribution, data center, or project-based logistics environments.GCC or broader Middle East logistics operations.Free Zone, bonded warehouse, Certificate of Origin, and international trade compliance processes.Inventory control, receiving, packaging, labeling, and shipment discrepancy management.Experience interacting with local authorities, regulatory bodies, vendors, and customers.Previous experience supporting the setup or growth of logistics operations within a new market.Why Join Sycomp?Technology Means the World to UsTechnology connects people, enables business, fosters innovation, and helps organizations operate without boundaries.
