Office address：1487 Đường Nguyễn Văn Linh, P, Tân Hưng, Hồ Chí MinhJob ResponsibilitiesOperations & Logistics Management: Responsible for the end-to-end logistics operations of refrigerant products, from import to final delivery, including order management, international sea/land freight arrangements, warehousing and distribution, and inventory control. Continuously optimize logistics costs and efficiency.International Trade & Customs Clearance: Responsible for the full import process (document review, customs declaration and inspection, tax and fee calculation), ensuring compliant customs clearance. Track changes in Vietnam's import and export policies, and handle customs inspections and abnormal clearance issues.Government & External Resource Coordination: Maintain relationships with government authorities including customs, tax, and hazardous chemical regulatory agencies. Assist in handling product import licenses, tax payments, and tax refunds.Hazardous Materials Operations & Compliance: Possess hands-on experience in handling refrigerant hazardous chemicals. Ensure international and local transportation complies with IMDG regulations and Vietnamese hazardous chemical regulations. Provide safety training and supervision to warehousing/transportation partners, and develop emergency response plans.Job Requirements3+ years of experience in international trade/logistics operations, with at least 1 year involving hazardous chemicals or the refrigerant industryFamiliar with Vietnam's import customs clearance and logistics operations. Preference will be given to candidates with established connections with local customs/tax/hazardous chemical regulatory authoritiesEnglish or Chinese can be used as a working languageFamiliar with hazardous materials transportation regulations (IMDG, etc.) and possess emergency response capabilities
