Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor Logistics operations, including inventory management, and logistics planning.Coordinate and monitor ROP, local transportation and related System operations.Ensure all shipments are processed in a timely manner, accurately tracked, and delivered to customers on schedule.Manage and optimize transportation and logistics costs while maintaining efficiency and quality.Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments using appropriate software systems such as Logistics Management system (LMS).Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation and logistics activities.Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure the timely inbound and outbound of Host Machines without any due.Ensuring all shipments and inventory transactions are accurately recordedEnsure the brand registration and customs related documents on timeAny other tasks assigned by the Immediate Manager and ManagementOther Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree preferably Masters in relevant field - Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Project Management / Administration Experience: 5 years plus. Same industry experience is preferredGood verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic preferredStrong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and details orientedAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Omani national (Highly Preferred) English language (Required) Arabic Language (Added Advantage) Oman Experience (Required)Oman Driving License (Required)ERP / SAP, MS office user friendlyAge should be less than 40 years oldPlease share relevant CV’s at hr.om@zoomlion.com
