The company’s production plant is located in the third industrial city in Dammam, supporting customers across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and the broader Middle East. Colonial Chemical M.E. Team members collaborate in a dynamic industrial environment that supports innovation, safety, and operational excellence.Role Description:Prepare shipping documents for all export dispatches and courier shipments tocustomers.Manage chemical sample shipments with couriers, ensuring samples are sentto customers on time without any hurdles.Manage the Saudi customs and government portals (FASAH, SABER,SENAEI, MIM) to issue permits, exemptions, authorizations and Certificates ofOrigin (COO).Add and apply new raw materials in the Industrial License and apply for theannual duty exemption.Manage the CARGO-X portal for Egyptian Customs.Work with key logistics service providers to obtain air, sea and land freightquotations for firm and budgetary RFQs, for sales and existing orders.Assign the customs clearance broker and work with them to resolve clearanceissues.Prepare the dispatch plan every week.Issue Loading Orders (LO) for all dispatches and coordinate with thetransportation company to send trucks on time.Follow up and track every local and export shipment, and coordinate with thefinance team for the collection of payments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field, or engineering.Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant role in a manufacturingenvironment.Competencies:Dedicated and hard-working professional.Accuracy and attention to detail in shipping and customs documentation.Strong follow-up and coordination with transporters, brokers, logistics providers and the finance team.
