Logistics Specialist (Riyadh)

About the RoleWe are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead our transport and logistics operations in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will take ownership of logistics strategy execution, SOP development, carrier collaboration, and system optimization – ensuring smooth, cost‑effective, and high‑quality logistics across the region. You will work closely with both local and China‑based teams to support our growing business in the SILZ area.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Strategy & Mechanism BuildingDevelop and update logistics strategies and management mechanisms aligned with the company's annual business plan and long‑term goals.Carrier & Customer CoordinationStrengthen communication with customers and forwarders; establish clear business processes and collaboration mechanisms to ensure seamless operations.Process Design & TrainingDesign, optimize, and document SOPs for logistics operations; deliver training to all relevant team members to ensure consistent execution.Team Support & Performance AssessmentProvide clear rules and process guidance to support the logistics team; conduct performance evaluations in line with company standards.IT System OptimizationContinuously assess and improve logistics systems (TMS/WMS) to drive operational efficiency and accuracy – identify opportunities to automate or streamline workflows.What We're Looking ForExperience5–10 years of hands‑on logistics / transportation management experience in Saudi Arabia.Manufacturing environment experience is a strong plus.System SkillsProficient in TMS, WMS, and standard office software (Excel, PPT, etc.) – able to work quickly and accurately.CommunicationFluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) – to coordinate with forwarders and customer logistics teams.Chinese language skills are a strong advantage (priority for one of the positions).Problem‑SolvingStrong ability to drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality.LocationMust be willing to work on‑site at the SILZ area in Riyadh.Why Join UsBe part of a fast‑growing supply chain operation backed by Lenovo's global ecosystem.Opportunity to build logistics capabilities from the ground up in a key strategic market.Work in a dynamic, multicultural environment with exposure to cross‑border projects.
