Role Overview:The Logistics Specialist oversees the end-to-end movement of global cargo. This role ensures cost-effective, compliant, and timely international shipments by managing carriers, customs documentation, and supply chain risks.Key ResponsibilitiesShipment Management: Coordinate global air, ocean, and land freight operations.Customs Compliance: Ensure full adherence to international trade laws and Incoterms.Vendor Negotiation: Secure competitive rates and contracts with 3PLs and freight forwarders.Performance Tracking: Analyze logistical data to optimize transit times and reduce landed costs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.3–5+ years of experience in international freight forwarding or global logistics.Expert knowledge of customs regulations, import/export documentation, and ERP/TMS software.
