Starting in 2017 with noon.com, the region’s homegrown e-commerce platform and leading online shopping destination, noon is now a digital ecosystem of products and services - noonWe are creating the Middle East’s local digital champion and are looking for world-class talent to join our team.What you’ll do: Deputize for the Shift as required.Carry out debriefs of all staff and ensure that paperwork is accurately and fully completedCarry out duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs.)Carry out security checks prior to the end of the shift.Assign work to staff as required to support the workflow and daily metrics.Support in the development of a strong culture of health and safety practices and initiatives through the compliance withlegislation and policyResponsible for logistics complaint analysis, conduct the investigation to identify root cause, work out corrective/preventiveactions, follow and verify the implementation and continuous improvement;Logistics billing management & analysis and cost control;Manage, design and implement complex logistics projects and new initiative and coordinate with cross-functional teams tosupport the new projects. This is a key logistics expert role to break complex issues into manageable pieces and developfunctional process and deliver them in a successful and timely manner.What you’ll need:Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar roleMinimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related fieldStrong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Develop project program work plan and ensure compliance with relevantStakeholders.Knowledge of Excel, Big Query and Python; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Data Studio)Who will excel?We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
