Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEEmployment Type: Part-Time / Contract-BasedJob SummaryTime Training Center is seeking an experienced Logistics, Supply Chain and Procurement Instructor to deliver professional training programs in Abu Dhabi. The instructor will be responsible for delivering structured, practical, and industry-focused training to professionals, corporate employees, graduates, and individuals seeking careers in logistics and supply chain management.The selected instructor should have strong expertise across procurement and purchasing, supply chain planning, logistics and transportation, warehouse operations, inventory management, supplier management, procurement negotiation, and supply chain technologies. The trainer will deliver programs including Certified Purchasing Professional, Certified Professional Purchase Manager, Certified Warehouse Management Professional, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom and online training in logistics, supply chain, procurement, purchasing, warehouse, and inventory management.Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, assessments, case studies, and participant activities.Explain technical and operational concepts using practical examples from real supply chain environments.Deliver training in procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, procurement audits, risk management, and procurement performance evaluation.Conduct training on end-to-end supply chain operations, strategic alignment, supply chain drivers, performance metrics, demand forecasting, and materials planning.Teach logistics, shipping, transportation modes, distribution networks, third-party logistics, and global logistics operations.Deliver warehouse management topics including warehouse layouts, storage systems, receiving, inspection, material handling, order fulfilment, packaging, shipping, and warehouse automation.Train participants in inventory planning, EOQ, safety stock, reorder levels, inventory classification techniques, replenishment, stock counting, valuation, and obsolescence management.Explain the application of Warehouse Management Systems, ERP platforms, e-procurement, supply chain information systems, and emerging technologies.Conduct participant assessments and provide constructive feedback on performance and learning progress.Customize training content according to corporate client requirements without compromising the approved learning outcomes.Maintain professional training standards and ensure active participant engagement throughout each session.Required Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of professional industry experience in logistics, procurement, warehousing, inventory, purchasing, or supply chain operations.Minimum 2 years of training, teaching, coaching, or corporate facilitation experience.Strong practical knowledge of procurement, logistics, warehouse, and inventory management processes.Experience using relevant ERP, procurement, inventory, or Warehouse Management Systems.Ability to deliver practical exercises, case studies, group discussions, and assessments.Strong presentation, communication, and participant engagement skills.Fluent spoken and written English.Must currently reside in Abu Dhabi and be available for face-to-face training.
