Logistics Supply Chain Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Supply Chain Lead to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives, manage logistics processes, and ensure our supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and responsive to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives. - Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product flow and on-time delivery. - Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. - Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and international trade requirements. - Lead and mentor a team of logistics and supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. - Utilize technology and data analytics to drive supply chain innovation and efficiency. - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. - Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region. - Strong knowledge of supply chain software and ERP systems. - Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
