Logistics Team Leader

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our team and lead logistics operations with a strong focus on Transportation & Distribution.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise daily transportation and distribution operations.Plan and coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.Manage distribution schedules, routes, and fleet utilization.Monitor delivery performance, service levels, and operational KPIs.Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays and costs.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.Analyze logistics performance and prepare regular operational reports.Lead and develop the logistics team to achieve operational targets.Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize transportation and distribution processes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.8 years of relevant experience in Logistics, with strong experience in Transportation & Distribution.Proven experience in leading and supervising logistics teams.Strong knowledge of transportation planning, distribution operations, route optimization, and fleet management.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.Strong analytical and organizational abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.If interested, please send your updated resume in a PDF format to: jobs@madkour.com.eg mentioning the job title in the e-mail subject.
