Role Description The Logistikassistent für digitale Gesundheitsgeräte is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for coordinating the daily flow of digital health devices, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products according to company procedures and regulatory standards. Typical tasks include maintaining accurate inventory records, preparing orders, organizing stock locations, and supporting purchasing activities with vendors and partners. The role involves close collaboration with customer service and sales teams to ensure timely delivery, handling returns or exchanges, and resolving logistics-related issues. The Logistikassistent also helps optimize warehouse processes, monitors stock levels, and supports documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsStrong Inventory Management and Organization Skills to maintain accurate stock records and efficient warehouse layout.Experience in Logistics Management, including handling incoming and outgoing shipments and coordinating deliveries.Background in Purchasing, working with suppliers and partners to support ordering and replenishment of devices.Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and returns.Attention to detail and reliability in working with medical and digital health products.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.Basic proficiency with inventory or ERP software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email).Relevant vocational training or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field; prior experience in medical or technology logistics is an advantage.
