Nebil Proje is looking for a Long-Term Finance & Reporting Intern to join our CFO Office for a 3.5-month internship program at our Spine Tower, Maslak HQ.This program is specifically designed for recent graduates who want to start their careers in finance, reporting and business analysis and gain hands-on experience working closely with the CFO and senior management.The internship program will run from 14 September to 31 December 2026 in our Spine Tower HQ.Subject to successful completion of the internship program and mutual satisfaction, the selected intern will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position as CFO Office Executive starting from 1 January 2027.Key ResponsibilitiesDuring the internship program, you will actively support the CFO Office and gain practical experience in:Supporting the CFO in daily financial and operational activitiesPreparing and maintaining management reports, financial analyses, dashboards and presentationsConsolidating financial and operational data from different functions and ensuring accuracy and consistencySupporting budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring and financial planning processesTracking budget vs. actual performance and assisting with variance analysisSupporting project-based revenue, cost, profitability and cash flow analysesPreparing ad-hoc analyses and reports for management decision-makingFollowing up on action items, deadlines and information requests across departmentsWorking closely with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, HR and Project teams to collect and analyze relevant dataImproving existing Excel-based reports, trackers and financial modelsSupporting the digitalization and automation of recurring reporting and administrative processesUsing AI tools effectively to improve productivity, analysis, reporting and information managementPreparing professional presentations, reports and executive-level documentation when requiredQualificationsRecent graduate from Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or a related fieldStrong interest in building a career in finance, financial reporting, business analysis and management reportingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with formulas, PivotTables, data analysis and structured reportingGood command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointUnderstanding of fundamental financial concepts such as P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and profitabilityComfortable working with numbers and large amounts of dataStrong interest in technology and AI-powered productivity toolsAbility to quickly learn and adopt new software and digital toolsGood command of written and spoken EnglishStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsFast learner with a high working pace and ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, solution-oriented and willing to take ownershipAble to handle confidential financial and corporate information with discretionStrong follow-up and organizational skillsWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a recent graduate who is curious, sharp, resourceful and eager to learn.Previous full-time professional experience is not required.
