We are on a mission to reclaim hard, degraded, and high-salinity farmlands across Gujarat using advanced microbial bio-stimulants. Our principal operations are driven from Radhanpur, Patan, and we are looking for a passionate Technical Partner / Co-Founder with a strong background in Agricultural Microbiology to lead our production line. • Academic Background: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Agricultural Sciences.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in handling mother cultures, fermentation scaling, media preparation, and liquid formulation stabilization.
• Core Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of halotolerant bacteria (Bacillus, Pseudomonas), nutrient solubilizers (PSB/KMB), and strict Quality Control (CFU counting, viability mapping).
