Looking for a Founding Partner – Guwahati / Assam

I am setting up a new technology company with its registered base in Assam, building a platform for the media, entertainment, advertising, events and creative ecosystem.I am looking for a Guwahati-based founding partner who can help build our Assam and Northeast presence from the ground up.You don’t necessarily need to be a hardcore tech person. I am looking for someone with a combination of:* Good understanding of Assam/Guwahati and the local ecosystem* Comfortable communicating in Assamese, Hindi and English* Basic understanding of technology/startups OR media/film/events* Good administrative and coordination skills* Ability to work with government departments, institutions, incubators and local businesses* Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to get things moving rather than waiting for instructions* Most importantly, integrity, dependability and the ability to take ownershipThe role will initially involve helping establish the company in Guwahati, building local relationships and coordinating our startup/institutional activities.
