Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Role:Our client is a leading international e-commerce platform, headquartered in the UAE.

They are growing and planning to launch in multiple new markets, and they are seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to join their Headquarters in Dubai.This is a newly created, high-visibility role reporting directly to leadership. Our client is a leading independent wholesaler, serving both B2B & B2C markets, and a reseller of digital products.

Key Responsibilities

You'll own loss prevention end-to-end across the entire business. That means building modern, data-driven monitoring and alerting capability (in collaboration with our data team) across our key risk areas, running a continuous audit programme across all departments, and overseeing internal and external access controls.This is a build role: you'll be shaping the function, its tooling and its standards, not inheriting an existing playbook.What we're looking for:Senior loss prevention, internal audit background— e-commerce or digital goods experience strongly preferred over physical retail.Strong data analysis skills and comfort with BI/reporting tooling — someone who can understand actionable insights, not just review reports.Experience designing monitoring or audit programmes and systemsComfortable working cross-functionally across many systems and departments.What They Offer:A challenging role within a fast-growing digital business.A dynamic team environment focused on innovation.The opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge technology and data-driven strategies.If you’re passionate about preventing Loss, and working with high-tech solutions, we want to hear from you!
