Team members are encouraged to uphold high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence to create a positive experience for all guests.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Loss Prevention Officer role based in Patna. The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for monitoring premises to prevent theft, fraud, and safety incidents, including regular patrols of guest areas, back-of-house, and access points. Daily tasks include operating surveillance systems, responding to security alerts, documenting incidents, and supporting investigations in coordination with management. The role also involves enforcing security and safety procedures, assisting with emergency responses, performing routine checks on locks and alarms, and helping train team members on loss prevention practices. The Loss Prevention Officer works closely with front office, housekeeping, and management to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Retail Loss Prevention and Prevention-focused practices to reduce financial and asset-related risks.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and external stakeholders.Candidates should possess Physical Security skills, including access control, patrolling, and incident response.Candidates should possess Surveillance skills, including operating CCTV systems and monitoring activity in real time.Relevant experience in hospitality, retail, or corporate security is beneficial, along with knowledge of basic safety and emergency procedures.Ability to remain calm under pressure, maintain detailed records, and work a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with security reporting tools are advantageous; formal training or certification in security or loss prevention is a plus.
