Lounge Manager

JOB SCOPE:Overall responsibility for the daily operations and management of airport lounge• Ensure team members are properly trained, equipped, and supported to perform their duties effectively.• Maintain the highest standards of safety, security, and service quality in compliance with company policies, airport aviation regulations, government legislation, and international standards.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Ensure the effective and efficient operation of company lounges in line with brand standards.• Plan, organize, and manage operational functions in a cost-effective and commercially sound manner.• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and security requirements applicable in Saudi Arabia.• Drive operational excellence and profitability while ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience.• Actively seek guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance lounge products and services.• Evaluate lounge performance and initiate corrective actions or service improvements where required.• Identify opportunities for co-marketing, partnerships, and public relations initiatives.• Provide strong leadership, guidance, and motivation to all team members.• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems.• Proactively identify areas for improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives.• Perform additional duties assigned by management as required.JOB REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Able to work on weekends, public holiday and shifts as required• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry, including lounges, hotels, or airport operations.• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Service-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness.• Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills.• Good command of spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.• Willingness to work shift duties as required.• Work location: AirportAbout the CompanyHello!
