Job Title: Loyalty Product OwnerJob Type: ContractLocation: DubaiStart Date: ASAPJob Description:-About the roleWe’re looking for an experienced Loyalty Product Owner to take ownership of an established loyalty platform and drive it from initial launch to a fully mature, enterprise-grade solution. This is a hands-on role for someone who has genuinely run loyalty programmes end-to-end — not just managed a backlog for one.Key responsibilitiesOwn the product backlog, roadmap and prioritisation of outstanding features, enhancements and fixes.Review the current platform to identify functional gaps and optimisation opportunities, and define the path from initial launch to full maturity.Translate business requirements into clear, deliverable user stories in close collaboration with Loyalty, Operations, Technology, Data and third-party vendor teams.Act as the primary product decision-maker for loyalty programme features, balancing business priorities against technical feasibility.Ensure loyalty business rules, member journeys and reward logic are correctly specified, tested and delivered.What you'll bringDeep, hands-on loyalty programme experience — points, tiers, rewards, offers, member journeys and loyalty business rules.Proven experience delivering enterprise loyalty platforms and integrations across digital, app, eCommerce and in-store environments.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business, technology, data and vendor teams.Comfortable owning a backlog and roadmap independently, with sound prioritisation judgement.Experience with SessionM is a strong advantage, but broad, hands-on loyalty platform experience is the key requirement.
