The technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing LPG systems and kitchen equipment in commercial and residential facilities. Daily tasks include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and performing preventive maintenance on gas lines, burners, ovens, and related appliances. The role also involves coordinating with facility management staff, documenting work performed, and providing recommendations to improve equipment reliability and safety. The technician is expected to respond to service requests promptly, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all company policies and industry standards.Qualifications Strong technical skills in installation, maintenance, and repair of LPG systems and commercial kitchen equipment.Knowledge of gas safety standards, local regulations, and best practices for handling LPG and related components.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance schedules.Experience with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults in kitchen appliances and gas systems.Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a safety-focused mindset.Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, supervisors, and team members.Ability to work on-site, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing operational needs.Relevant technical diploma or certification in gas systems, HVAC, or kitchen equipment maintenance is preferred.Previous experience in facility management, hospitality, or similar environments is an advantage.
