LPG TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT ENGINEER

As part of our long-term growth strategy and ongoing fleet expansion, we are strengthening our Technical Department and invite experienced professionals to apply for the position of LPG Technical Superintendent Engineer.Key Accountabilities:Ensure the effective implementation of the relevant part of the Company’s documented Integrated Management System.Ensure that vessels are operated, maintained and repaired according to Company's requirements, Class Requirements, International Regulations, Industry Standards,Provide technical support to vessels, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with third parties for additional technical assistance.Monitor and address vessel needs for stores, spares, and services in coordination with the Supply Department.Monitor the testing of critical equipment and systems ship’s crew as required.Report on technical non-conformities and follow up rectifying action.Ensure that all trading certificates are valid and arrange necessary inspections.Monitor the regular testing of critical and stand-by equipment and systemsQualificationsSuperintendent experience in LPG Carriers of at least 3 yearsBachelor/master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Marine) or Sea service of at least 3 years in rank of Chief Engineer on LPG vessel(s)Very good knowledge of written and spoken EnglishBasic knowledge of Main & Auxiliary Engines🚀If you are seeking a dynamic working environment in the shipping management industry and meet the above qualifications, please submit your CV at hr@capitalgas.gr!
