The company’s objective is to build dependable cross-border energy supply routes and deliver commercially competitive solutions from source to destination.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an LPG Vessel Acquisition, Chartering & Marine Operations Manager. The role includes leading LPG vessel sourcing and acquisition strategies, managing time charter and voyage charter arrangements, and negotiating charter party terms with shipowners and brokers. The manager will oversee day-to-day marine operations, including vessel nomination, scheduling, routing, port calls, and coordination with terminals, agents, and inspection companies to ensure safe and efficient cargo handling. Responsibilities include monitoring freight markets, assessing vessel performance, managing operational risks, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, industry standards, and company policies. The position also involves close collaboration with trading, finance, and logistics teams on voyage economics, cost optimization, documentation, and performance reporting, while maintaining strong relationships with external counterparties.Qualifications Experience in LPG shipping, vessel acquisition, and chartering, including familiarity with time and voyage charters and charter party negotiations.Strong marine operations expertise, covering vessel nomination, scheduling, port operations, cargo handling procedures, and coordination with terminals and service providers.Knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices, including compliance with international shipping and environmental requirements.Commercial and analytical skills in freight market analysis, voyage economics, cost control, and risk management within LPG or broader energy shipping.Proven ability to manage relationships with shipowners, brokers, agents, inspection companies, and other maritime stakeholders.Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with trading, logistics, and finance teams in a fast-paced environment.Relevant academic background such as Marine Studies, Maritime Transportation, Shipping, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Prior experience in international energy or commodity trading organizations, especially within the Middle East and associated
