About the JobRole DescriptionA Luxury Concierge Assistant supports concierge teams in delivering personalized, high-quality services to clients, guests, residents, and VIP customers. The role involves handling requests, arranging reservations and appointments, coordinating transportation and lifestyle services, researching personalized solutions, and ensuring that client requirements are handled efficiently and professionally.The position is suitable for candidates with experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, hotels, travel, customer relations, lifestyle services, or premium retail environments. Previous experience supporting VIP or high-value clients is an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the concierge team with daily client and guest service activities.Welcome and communicate with clients and guests in a professional, courteous, and discreet manner.Understand client preferences, requirements, schedules, and special requests.Respond promptly to requests through phone, email, messaging platforms, and in-person communication.Research and recommend suitable restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, attractions, shopping destinations, and lifestyle services.Assist with restaurant reservations, hotel bookings, event tickets, spa appointments, transportation, and other lifestyle arrangements.Coordinate reservations and appointments with restaurants, hotels, clubs, venues, service providers, and other partners.Confirm availability, pricing, booking conditions, cancellation policies, and special arrangements.Assist with arranging airport transfers, private transportation, chauffeurs, and other travel-related services.Support clients with travel planning, local activities, sightseeing arrangements, and customized experiences.Assist with organizing private events, celebrations, dinners, meetings, and special occasions.Coordinate special requests such as flowers, gifts, decorations, dining arrangements, and personalized amenities.Assist with sourcing hard-to-find products, services, experiences, and special arrangements when required.Maintain accurate records of client requests, reservations, preferences, schedules, and service details.Track pending requests and follow up with service providers to ensure timely completion.Maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, luxury retailers, transportation providers, event venues, and lifestyle partners.Communicate with suppliers and service providers regarding availability, special requests, and service standards.Assist with handling VIP and high-value client requests with appropriate discretion and attention to detail.Provide personalized recommendations based on individual client preferences and previous service history.Assist with resolving service issues, booking changes, cancellations, and last-minute requests.Escalate complex or sensitive requests to the concierge manager or appropriate senior team member.Monitor scheduled arrangements and ensure clients receive accurate confirmations and relevant information.Assist with preparing itineraries, reservation confirmations, vouchers, tickets, and other client materials.Support special events, VIP arrivals, private functions, and exclusive client experiences.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury hotels, restaurants, attractions, entertainment, shopping, wellness, and lifestyle services.Research new venues, experiences, events, and premium service providers in the UAE.Assist with preparing service reports, client activity records, and administrative documentation.Maintain confidentiality regarding client identities, preferences, schedules, travel plans, and personal information.Handle client information and service requests with professionalism and discretion.Follow company service standards, workplace procedures, and applicable UAE requirements.Perform other concierge, client service, lifestyle management, and administrative support duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Luxury Management, or a related field is an advantage.Previous experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, concierge services, travel, customer service, premium retail, or lifestyle services is preferred.Experience supporting VIP, corporate, or high-value clients is an advantage.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Professional, polished, friendly, and discreet approach to client service.Strong ability to understand client preferences and provide personalized solutions.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail when handling reservations, schedules, and special requests.Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.Strong research and problem-solving skills.Ability to remain calm and professional when handling urgent or last-minute requests.Strong relationship-building skills with clients and external service providers.Good knowledge of UAE restaurants, hotels, attractions, shopping destinations, entertainment venues, and lifestyle services is an advantage.Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM, reservation, or concierge management systems is an advantage.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.Fluency in English is preferred;
