Operating as a forward-thinking, bold, innovative, and sustainable ready-to-wear fashion brand, ÚCHÈ invites fashion professionals to contribute to its distinctive and imaginative universe.Role DescriptionThe Fashion Pattern Maker will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise patterns for high-end ready-to-wear garments. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and developing patterns, conducting fittings, adjusting patterns for optimal fit, and collaborating closely with designers, sample makers, and the production team. The role involves working with both traditional pattern-making methods and CAD tools, ensuring technical accuracy and luxury-quality standards across all pieces. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring regular collaboration in the studio and active participation in sample development and collection launches.QualificationsStrong skills in Pattern Making and Pattern Design for luxury ready-to-wear garments.Proficiency in Fitting and garment construction, with the ability to refine patterns for exceptional fit and comfort.Hands-on Sewing skills for creating samples, understanding construction details, and troubleshooting design challenges.Experience using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for pattern drafting, grading, and technical documentation.Previous experience in luxury or high-end fashion, ideally within RTW collections or conceptual fashion brands.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with designers, technical teams, and production partners.Relevant education or training in Fashion Design, Pattern Cutting, or Garment Technology is highly preferred.
