Our mission is to anticipate our members' needs and deliver flawless service with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail.As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for an experienced Lifestyle Manager who shares our passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service.About the Role:As a Lifestyle Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end lifestyle requests for high-net-worth and VIP clients across the globe. You will curate personalized recommendations, secure sought-after reservations, coordinate complex itineraries, and ensure every client interaction exceeds expectations.This role requires a proactive, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and world-class customer service.Key Responsibilties:Manage and fulfill luxury lifestyle requests from VIP and high-net-worth clients.Book luxury hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, private dining experiences, and exclusive venues worldwide.Arrange luxury ground transportation, chauffeur services, car rentals, rail travel, and other travel logistics.Coordinate bespoke lifestyle experiences, including entertainment, events, shopping, wellness, and special occasions.Handle itinerary changes, last-minute requests, and complex client requirements with speed and professionalism.Build strong relationships with luxury suppliers and preferred partners to secure exclusive access and preferred rates.Deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.Maintain accurate booking records and client communications within Salesforce CRM.Monitor daily client requests, emails, and workflows to ensure service level agreements are consistently achieved.Collaborate with global colleagues and participate in team meetings and operational updates.Stay informed about luxury travel trends, new openings, destination knowledge, and premium hospitality experiences worldwide.Candidate ProfilesWe are seeking hospitality professionals who naturally enjoy creating memorable experiences and solving complex requests.Requirements:3–5 years' experience within luxury concierge, lifestyle management, luxury travel, hospitality, hotels, or premium restaurant reservations.Previous experience with a luxury concierge, travel management company, five-star hotel, premium travel agency, or hospitality brand is highly desirable.Excellent spoken and written English.Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.Strong customer service mindset with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.Proven ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.Excellent internet research and destination knowledge.Experience booking hotels, restaurants, transportation, rail, and lifestyle services.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.Why Join us:Work with an exclusive portfolio of VIP and high-net-worth clients.Access some of the world's most prestigious hotels, restaurants, events, and luxury brands.Be part of a growing international luxury lifestyle company.Dynamic, collaborative, and supportive team environment.Opportunity for career growth within a premium concierge and lifestyle management business.If you have a passion for luxury hospitality and take pride in delivering exceptional experiences with precision, professionalism, and discretion, we would love to hear from you.
