Day-to-day tasks include patrolling designated areas, monitoring entrances and exits, and overseeing surveillance systems to detect and deter unauthorized activity. The officer responds to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in accordance with established protocols and documents all notable events through detailed reports. This role requires providing courteous assistance to residents, guests, or staff, enforcing property rules, and coordinating with management or law enforcement as needed. The officer is expected to maintain a professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and ensure that all overnight operations align with luxury service standards.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in security, protective services, or a related field, preferably in luxury, hospitality, or high-profile environments.Strong observation, situational awareness, and incident reporting skills, with the ability to follow detailed security protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally and respectfully with clients, residents, guests, and team members.Ability to remain calm under pressure, respond effectively to emergencies, and make sound decisions with limited supervision.Physical capability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, and to perform basic security and safety tasks as required.High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.Willingness to work overnight shifts on a consistent schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security training, certifications (such as security officer license or CPR/First Aid), or military/law enforcement background are beneficial.
