Pay: 10,000.00 (AED)-12,000.00 (AED) per month + performance-based commissionJob Description:3+ years of UAE sales/business development experience is required.Experience in luxury gifting or luxury home décor is required.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, commercially driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to grow our luxury gifting and home décor business across the UAE.The ideal candidate will be confident in meeting clients, building relationships, generating new business and converting opportunities into long-term accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new B2B business opportunities across Dubai/UAE.Build relationships with corporates, wedding & event planners, hospitality groups, interior/design firms, concierge companies and premium brands.Prospect through networking, referrals, outreach and face-to-face meetings.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and payment collection.Develop partnerships and expand the client network.Consistently follow up and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Achieve agreed revenue and new-business targets.Requirements3+ years of UAE sales/business development experience is required.Experience in luxury gifting or luxury home décor is required.Strong understanding of the Dubai market; an existing relevant business network is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.Highly proactive with a strong hunter mentality.Comfortable with client meetings, networking and field-based business development.Proven ability to generate new business, rather than only manage inbound enquiries.CompensationAED 10,000–12,000/month + performance-linked commission, based on new business generated.Work Location: In person
