Team members collaborate closely to provide exceptional service and support informed investment decisions.Role Description The Luxury Properties - Investment Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The advisor will guide clients through luxury property investment opportunities, including identifying suitable assets, analyzing financial potential, and recommending tailored investment strategies. Daily tasks include meeting clients, understanding their financial goals, preparing investment proposals, conducting market and property research, and coordinating property viewings. The role involves managing client relationships, providing ongoing portfolio reviews, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the investment process. The advisor will collaborate with internal teams, maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and regional real estate markets, and support the negotiation and closing of transactions.Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance, including Financial Planning and Investments, with the ability to analyze returns and risks.Experience developing and implementing effective Investment Strategies for luxury and high-value properties.Proven Customer Service skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate markets; experience in luxury property or high-net-worth clients is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in investment or real estate advisory are beneficial.Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain high professional standards.Proficiency in basic financial modeling and market analysis tools; fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus.
