Farwell & Gervase is a boutique premium short-term rental operator managing 70+ properties across Dubai's top waterfront and city communities, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Creek Harbour, Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Hills, District One, and City Walk. We're growing toward 100+ units by the end of 2026, with a deliberate focus on quality over volume.The roleWe're hiring a Luxury Booking Agent to convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings. You'll own the full lead-to-booking cycle — from first contact through to signed contract and payment - working closely with our Revenue Manager on pricing and our Operations team on availability.What you'll doManage inbound leads from Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder through our CRMCall and follow up with leads promptly to confirm check-in/check-out dates and stay requirementsQuote accurate pricing as set by the Revenue Manager, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookingsHandle a high lead volume while maintaining a strong conversion rateConduct viewings for monthly/longer-stay bookings when requiredPrepare and manage contracts and payment collection for confirmed bookingsKeep CRM records accurate and up to date at every stage of the pipelineFlag pricing, availability, or guest-experience issues back to the relevant team promptlyTargetsMonthly booking revenue target: AED 750,000–1,000,000Lead volume: 800+ inbound leads/month across Bayut, Dubizzle, Property FinderWhat we're looking for1–2+ years' experience in Dubai real estateBachelor's degreeValid UAE driving licenceFluent English (spoken and written); other languages a plusConfident, persuasive phone manner - this is a target-driven, conversion-focused roleHighly organised, able to manage a high volume of leads without letting things slipComfortable using CRM systems and PMS platforms (Hostaway and Hubspot experience a plus)UAE residency required; valid UAE driving licence preferred (for viewings)Compensation Basic salary + competitive, uncapped commission structure tied to bookings converted.
